Senior Transformation Manager, West Midlands Cancer Alliance

Debra is the Senior Transformation Manager at the West Midlands Cancer Alliance. She has over 25 years of experience across the NHS, as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Cancer and End of Life care, in senior operational management and in strategic transformational roles, now with NHS England. Over this time, she has become passionate about personalised care and integrated working which are the fundamental principles in delivering the best care outcomes.

She has extensive experience of leading and delivering innovative services working with providers from all sectors, involving patient advocates, to design clinical pathways that transform the way care is delivered across boundaries.

Her interests out of work include the charity, Village Foundations which she co-founded in 2010 working with rural communities in Malawi and is currently developing a healthcare clinic near Lake Malawi.
