Alan has experience in Estates and Facilities Management with considerable Construction, Facilities and Project Management and Facilities Management experience spanning over 30 years in both the NHS and Private Sectors.

Alan has acted as Project Director on schemes with a value of up to £120m, for Projects in Industry, Acute Hospitals, Dental Schools, Primary Care, Mental Health and Ambulance Trusts.

Having worked with traditional procurement, Joint Ventures, Lift Projects, PFI, P21+ and Framework agreements as a Director of Estates and Facilities Management within the NHS, as a Consultant representing the NHS and now as Business Development Director for Darwin Group.
