Amanda joined GoodShape in 2021 with more than 20 years’ experience in strategic customer delivery, driving change and service excellence through operational, client management and contact centre teams.

At GoodShape, she is responsible for the operational delivery of services, overseeing extensive teams of Customer Experience and Clinical Advisors to ensure the best possible service to clients and their employees.

Passionate about health and wellbeing, in her previous role as Regional Director at NHS Professionals, Amanda worked directly with NHS Trusts, informing and developing solutions to deliver their workforce strategies and objectives. She has an acute understanding of the challenges faced throughout the pandemic, having worked tirelessly to support NHSE/I and NHS Trusts in delivering services through this challenging time.

Amanda’s previous roles in large corporates such as Aon Hewitt, have always revolved around delighting customers, taking service delivery to the next level, and being actively involved in data driven analysis to achieve outcomes. She drives the vision and initiatives for better employee engagement, looking after the wellbeing of her own teams, and believes others should do the same.
