Susie Gray joined Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in 2016 as Director of Property, her first role in the NHS since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1990. Having previously run her own business providing commercial real estate strategy advice to private and public sector organisations, her other roles include Portfolio Director at Land Securities, Director at Laing Property and President of CoreNet.

Susie has applied her commercial and property background to the challenge of providing Mental Health Services in high quality care and healing environments that support the wellbeing of people who use services, carers and staff.
