Will joined Tower Hamlets Council in October 2015. He became Chief Executive in the London Borough of Bexley in 2008 and was previously Deputy Chief Executive in Croydon. Will has been the Chair of a large housing association, led the London Serious Youth Violence Board and was responsible for the alcohol theme for the Mayor’s London Health Improvement Board. Will chaired the London Chief Executives Group for three years and is the lead London Chief Executive for health. He chairs the London Health Devolution Programme Board, co-Chairs the London Health & Care Strategic Partnership Group and advises the London Health Board and LGA.
