Kelly has worked in the NHS for 24 years. She started her career as a Health Care Assistant in 2008 and spent 10 years working in trauma & Orthopaedics. Kelly moved into project management whilst completing a BSc in Health.

Working across Southeast London, Kelly has held senior management positions across surgery, diagnostics, cancer, and specialist medicine.

She spent 3 years as Director of Operations managing LTC, diagnostics, and Cancer services whilst finishing her MBA, and then successfully completed the Nye Bevan Programme.

Kelly's current post is Director of Operations for Emergency, Acute & Specialist Medicine at Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust in SE London.
