Vic has held the newly established role of Associate Director of Population Health Management since July 2022 but has been the programme lead for the Population Health Management on behalf of the Lincolnshire system since 2019.

Vic has extensive experience of leading complex system-wide change programmes on behalf of health & care partner organisations, having taken her first change management role in 2017 with the inception of Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships. Prior to this Vic held a number of senior management roles in an acute Trust with a breadth of general management experience in a number of specialties.

Vic also works with the East Midlands Academic Health Science Network, supporting the delivery of content for their Innovation Academy. The academy enables private SME innovators to develop the knowledge and skills to engage successfully with the often complex health & care organisations.
